Online Orders (Printful Fulfillment – Returns Accepted)

Items purchased online can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition (Must be The Cool Flamingo Company inspected and approved).

To initiate a return, customers must email theteam@shop2cool.com.

Refunds will be processed within 7-15 business days once the item is received.

In-Person Purchases (Turks and Caicos Sales – Final Sale)

All in-person sales at the Fish Fry are final due to limited inventory.

No returns or exchanges will be accepted.
